The idea is that 3 persons in each session present a tool that they know in depth, whether it is fort recording, mix, mastering, soft-synths, audio processing or programming. These presenters can be teachers or students , and they will offer a presentation of interface, possibilities and sound examples, even music, and open for questions and discussion.
In this manner we hope to make a forum for sharing of competence and inspiration, that will stimulate creative work across all genres and programs.
We run 3 workshops this spring and will evaluate if this is something we should institutionalise next autumn.
