PhD fellow Kim Myhr is conducting research on the 12-string guitar and is inviting both staff and students with 12-string guitars to participate in a short workshop and concert during the Guitar Conference 2026 in Levinsalen at NMH.

The material is simple to play, so all you need to participate are basic guitar skills and access to a 12-string guitar. Whether you’re a professional or an amateur, young or old, anyone who can play a little guitar and get hold of an acoustic 12-string guitar is warmly welcome to join.
