- Herman Vogt has composed a number of large-scale orchestral works and has gradually developed into what he now describes as a “full-blooded romantic.” He is particularly interested in complex classical formal models, existential questions, and the form-shaping potential of tonality.
- Marcus Paus is one of Norway’s most performed and active composers and has been a proponent of a reorientation towards tradition, tonality, and an affinity for film music. Paus has described himself as an “anarcho-traditionalist” and has previously been associated with the Scandinavian aesthetic movement “retrogardism.” He is known as an advocate for diversity in the music industry.
