TONO Reporting

TONO manages composer and related rights. NMH must report all repertoire performed at public and advertised events organised by NMH.

You are responsible for reporting the repertoire of your concert

The person responsible for each of our concerts or events where music is performed is also responsible for reporting the repertoire.

You can report to TONO in one of two ways:

1. Report the complete programme in a form to NMH production

Report the performed repertoire in the form of NMH production (nettskjema.no).

At the start of each month, NMH production sends a reminder to report the repertoire performed at a concert organised by NMH for all concerts in the previous month. This is sent to our contact person for the event. The contact person is responsible for reporting the programme. The form should be reported in all cases.

All concert programmes are reported further to TONO when the semester is over.

Important!

Be careful and include both the title and composer as accurately as you can. Remember the arranger and other relevant info.

2. Report the programme directly to TONO

After the event, you can report the complete concert programme performed directly to TONO.

When you do it this way, TONO will check the report against the events reported from NMH (as written in point 1). A fee will not be calculated if the concert is not on our list. Therefore, it is very important that the concert is also published on nmh.no, which is the basis for our report.

When you report yourself, you can skip all the fields for visitor numbers, ticket revenue, and so on in TONO's form - we take care of this as the responsible organiser.

If you report directly to TONO, it is important that you also inform us about this by choosing this in NMH's internal form.

Important!

Be careful to list the time and place and use the same title as the concert published on nmh.no.
