Borrow audio, light and video equipment for use at NMH. We also provide technical assistance for certain events.
Booked equipment will be made available on Tuesdays through Fridays at 3pm (15.00). Bookings should be made 48 hours in advance to avoid risk of not being processed.

If your needs change or you have tech needs not agreed in time of concert confirmation – contact producer or head of Production as early as possible.
Needs and requests submitted later than 2 months in advance will not be considered.

When you have received confirmation that the booking is in order, the equipment will be available at 15.00 (3 PM) on the specified date. Please note that requests made less than 48 hours in advance risk not being processed.
As a student, you can borrow technical equipment to support your studies and events organised by NMH.
It is not possible to borrow equipment for events outside the Academy's auspices.
You can borrow equipment such as handheld recorders, microphones, tripods and singing systems. If you need to hire cameras, please contact the Library.
Requested equipment will be placed in the reception on the left hand side. You must show your student ID to the receptionist when retrieving equipment.
