Every student at the Norwegian Academy of Music is assigned a student adviser. Your student adviser serves as a point of contact on matters concerning your studies and other issues around your life as a student at the NMH.
Your student adviser can be a good conversation partner. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with them.
The programme coordinator is responsible for the quality of their programmes through professional coordination and by securing the professional context in the programme as a whole.
The Student Committee (SUT) is a separate body representing the interests of students at the Norwegian Academy of Music. The student representatives are here to assist you when you need advice or help from “one student to another”. The Student Committee works closely with the Academy’s senior administration and its members act as student representatives on the Board and in council meetings. SUT also organises parties and social events for the students. Email: sut@nmh.no.
We want the Academy to be a safe place for everyone. This means having an excellent physical learning environment and a good psychosocial environment. We are working continuously to improve the quality of our courses, student environment and buildings. To succeed with this endeavour, we rely on feedback from our students. We, therefore, ask you to use the Speak up! System actively.
