Cheating, plagiarism, and proper referencing in academic texts are hot topics. Learn the rules so you don't have to experience getting caught cheating.

Plagiarism control is getting even better as SIKT (the service provider for the knowledge sector) agrees with Kopinor (the rights manager for, among other things, curriculum texts).

Exams and assignments will be checked against an ever-expanding range of other texts and publications.

Requirements for exams

Remember that it is an absolute requirement for exam responses and other assignments to be independent work that correctly references other sources.

As the news has shown, cheating cases have no statute of limitations.
