Elective courses have now been allocated to all those who applied by the deadline of April 17th. You can find an overview in the curriculum on StudentWeb. All students in the second module of the bachelor's program and the second year of the master's program are required to take elective courses as part of their studies, except KAUTIJ which has elective courses from second year and FRIMA and MAUTIJ which have electives in the first study year, already.
If you applied and cannot find electives on your studentweb, it is because either elective courses are not part of your study program for the academic year 2023-24, or there was no available capacity in the courses you applied for.
We are now opening up for those who wish to take elective courses next year to apply by August 10th. We allocate elective courses on a "first-come, first-served" basis, but students who need elective courses to complete their degree (bachelor's and master's) in the academic year 2023-24 will be given priority.
According to the regulations on studies at the Norwegian Academy of Music, Section 7, paragraph 5, a student can have a maximum workload of up to 70 ECTS per academic year
