The working environment at NMH should be drug-free for both students and employees, and NMH wants to appear clear and consistent. Therefore, as a general rule, alcohol should not be served or enjoyed during core working hours in NMH's premises, unless it’s approved by the director or rector.
It is unacceptable to show up at the study place influenced by alcohol and drugs. It is also not allowed to come to work/studies with hangover or smelling of alcohol.
At representation, travels, participation in courses and conferences and in other work or study-related situations, students and employees are considered representatives of NMH, and it is expected that moderation and behavior that does not affect NMH's reputation is shown.
Gambling and similar is not allowed during working hours or in the study situation.
